Excellent service. My car would not start because of a bad battery. I did not have a scheduled appointment, but the dealership let me come in and replaced the faulty battery. Very clean premises and professional and courteous staff.

Buick GMC of Watertown did a great job servicing my vehicle. I brought my Buick in for routine maintenance and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. While there, Jeff- the Service Manager- reviewed my car's maintenance history and advised on what it would need now and what will be on the horizon in the future. All work was completed perfectly and my Buick drives great. Thank you!

Yes, everyone was really friendly and very low pressure. I came for a test drive twice and at no point did I feel like Cameron was steering me towards a particular vehicle. He answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my schedule. The managers, Kyle and Joe made the paperwork and delivery process very easy. I had ordered a tonneau cover and it came in on exactly the day they said it would and I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours. Overall, excellent service at every turn.
