WHAT TO DO IN THE CASE OF A RECALL


A. YOU HAVE A RECALL LETTER IN FRONT OF YOU

Email your name, address, phone number, last 8 digits of your VIN # and the GM Recall Number on your letter to recall@terrycullen.com. We will research parts availability and call you to schedule an appointment. Please be patient as we are processing hundreds of requests.

  B. YOU ARE NOT SURE WHETHER YOUR VEHICLE HAS A RECALL 

Go to www.recalls.gm.com and enter your FULL Vin #. If any recalls are listed follow the instructions in step A. above
