When I got there no one said anything there and then another person got there and skip me, until I went inside and I ask for assistance. Also I was there more 2 hours I didn’t like customer service

I told the service advisor about experiencing problems with my telephone charging system, he told me I would have to leave it with him for a few days to check get checked out. This is very inconvenient, since I live approximately 1 1/2 hours away.

Appointment time was 12:30 for oil change and tire rotation. Advisor checked in at 12:36. So far so good. I told him I would wait so I went to the waiting area. Waiting until 2:45 I finally asked the status. I had checked several times on the app. It showed no movement. The advisor said it was being pulled in. Finally at 3:15 I checked out. My major complaint is why make an appointment for 12:30 if the service department cannot get to the service for over 2 hours?? And if there is a delay the customer should be informed and given the opportunity to come back another day. I understand there are circumstances that are unavoidable but to leave someone sitting for hours without a word is unacceptable and borders on poor business practice.

I will be real curious if anybody calls me to discuss this issue. I purchase my 2024 GMC truck from Sunrise even though I live almost 100 miles away from their Collierville location. I decided to have my first oil change there instead of a closer GMC dealer. I then scheduled a day off from work, made an 8:30 appointment and drove to the dealer for my service work. After waiting over 4 hours they had still not even started to work on my truck! At that point I had to leave, drive back home and find another dealer to service my truck. The reason I was given for the super long wait was that every customer had kept their appointments which threw them behind. That tells me you are "Over Booking" appointments. Then I was told they had employee meeting. When scheduling employee meetings you should not make appointments for an hour or two. Then you would have time for the meeting and not frustrate customers.
