Quoted hour and a half. Scheduled service at 7:30am. Told them I was waiting there on it given short service (transmission flush/fill). I asked about the progress twice. Had I not, I’m not sure it would have been done that day at all. Truck didn’t hit the rack till 12:47 and I got it back at 1:40. My Monday of work is gone. I’m a GC. When it came out my auto steps didn’t work and service guy had to come plug them back in.

Great experience. My salesman Antionio was very patient with me. Even though he had another customer. I was treated like family with everyone I spoke with. Jack. Ryan, Mr. Russ and it was another younger man I spoke with, but I don't remember his name. Also, Bethany in sale. Our conversation was great. Everyone was great. I couldn't have made a better decision to come to Sunrise GMC. I want to thank everyone for such a great experience.

I am a veteran and was lead to believe that I would get the GM Military Offer of $500 as advertised. I provided the dealership with my authorization number and attempted to contact the new car sales manager many times and Russ Robinson never returned my calls. I contact the general manager too, no response. As a veteran I deserve better!
