Took vehicle in for a power train issue under warranty. Transmission or transaxle was slamming into gear. Didn't tell me there would be a diagnostic fee! 2 people, including the service manager, told me the person setting up the schedule should have told me. The person setting it up that morning should have told me also so I could have a choice in what i wanted done! They said there was an issue with the codes on the Transmission. If this was part of fixing the problem it should be covered by the warranty! Almost $135.00. How many people do they rip off. I am waiting on a call from the owner as I have been unable to resolve the issue. I was told they should have informed me, but it was just too bad for me! I'll tell everyone what I think about stuteville cheverolet!!!
