I took my Cadillac XLR to your dealership a couple of days ago without an appointment because i thought there was a problem with the gas gauge, etc. The woman at the service desk was attentive and courteous and very busy. She suggested I leave the car and I was driven home by your driver. She called the next day to tell me they had discovered the problem and corrected it. She offered to have me picked up. I got a ride to your place and was astonished that there was no charge on the bill. In addition, my car had been washed. I expected a diagnosis charge at least. I must say that I was very impressed with your service and your consideration. I will tell you that I will bring my Cadillac to your dealership for any of my future service needs. Thank you very much.

Had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Alan Ladd was great to deal with, answered my many questions, put very little pressure on me, and went out of his way to make the car buying experience as simple as possible...What really struck me was that when I told him I lived 40 minutes away and might have trouble getting my wife there to sign papers after work one night, he offered to bring them to me. While we were ultimately able to make it to the dealership, my wife and I appreciated this gesture and it is something we will remember the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.Dave Costanzo

This past Saturday, we were at Stephens and leased a brand new Toyota Corolla from Tom, courtesy of our 'ol' pal Andy Hall! It's a big difference from our trade in which was a '97 Camry that was--well, if it were a person, I say--on its last legs! I drove it around all day today--highway and local traffic--parking lots and driveways--then back safe and sound to our garage and I love it!Thanks for being 'on the ball'

I want to thank you for your prompt and courteous replies to my inquiry--they don't go unnoticed. However, I have found a car elsewhere that was in my price range as well as able to be financed. If you are seriously considering purchasing a vehicle, I want to be the first to say that Stephen's Auto Mall is indeed a serious auto dealer that will help you purchase a car. This I will keep with me and if I have friends, or co-workers, or people in general ask me where somewhere good would be to buy a car, I will keep Stephens in mind. Although, in my case, I found what I was looking for elsewhere, you guys are quality dealers. Again, thank you for all your help.
