Confirmed Service Customer
I came in for an oil change and a fuel filter change and the general usual service. When I was driving off the dealership parking lot, I started getting a "check brake monitor" message. I did not have time to turn around because I had already spent over an hour for the service I came in for. I had to reschedule another appointment the following week, taking time off work to go get it checked out. This cost me time that I don't have. I was told that my rear inner brake pads needed replacement. I feel that this should have been checked during the first appointment, and as a result it took me away from work for another 2 hours. The service staff is always very nice, but I am considering finding another dealership that will service my vehicle in the future.
