Nathan was very nice kept me updated regarding my vehicle while it was being services. Nathan explained w I was experiencing the issues and he assured me that if the issues ocurs again do not hesitate to make an appt and bring ot back in.

Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and makes you feel non welcoming. I enjoy coming there for my service. My only complaint is with myself…. I forgot to give you my coupon that I kept just for this service. I wish there was a way that your system automatically applies the coupons. I would of upgraded my service, but didn’t because I was watching my funds… Hopefully next service I will remember. Thank you.

Unfortunately was very dissatisfied with the price quote of 1900.00 for water pump. Been a customer for 6 years. I have gotten quotes from 600.00 to 1000.00.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Trax 2RS and waited for it to arrive. It got in a few days earlier than expected which was nice, however when I drove off of the dealership lot the service engine light went on! You have got to be kidding me!! To say I am upset is an understatement. I am here now at the service department and hoping they get this rectified.Even so, the whole purpose for buying a new car is so that you have something dependable for a number of years.This car didn't have 20 minutes of drive time and it was already undependable! I am speechless
