My Equinox developed an issue over the weekend so I brought my car in early Monday morning. Even though I did not have an appointment and they were down one person, Jack, the service advisor, greeted me with courtesy and respect as always. When he called me a little later with the diagnostic result, I authorized the repair and my car was ready early afternoon. Even though their rates are higher than an independent business, I always have faith that the diagnosis is through, accurate and honest, and the repairs are done professionally.
