My service experience was good. They finished my car's service very fast and got my car back to me quickly. The only issue I had was scheduling the appointment. When viewing the website from my phone I could not schedule an appointment. The calendar looked like there were no availability. I had to go on my computer to schedule my service appointment.

I came in to see if warranty service could be done on my 2025 Equinox if I had not bought at Bergstrom, because of the price. The Service Manager Jeremy went for a ride with me and listened to the problem. In the past I had to make an appointment and was NOT allowed to ride with Tech in my auto. I was pleasantly surprised and he gave me an appointment for the next day and it was done in 6 hrs. Results: I think it is fixed and the customer is HAPPY. I buy a new SUV every year and have bought from this dealership in the past. WILL AGAIN T.Y. Bob B.

None of the problems I told the service department about were fixed they told me it was my tires so I got new tires and both of the problems are still happening and I was charged 519 and nothing was done to me truck at all. I will be getting in contact with corporate.

Facility is always cleaned and organized. Staff are up front about service and cost; always want to be sure you are getting the best service for the price. I appreciate the heads up on upcoming work that the vehicle would need. Great service overall.

I loved working with Tanner again. He's so nice and not pushy at all. I really like that about him as a salesman. He's very honest and was able to help answer my questions.
