I had a coupon from GM for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection for $84.95. But I was charged $109.00?

I don't usually have people in the backseat of my car, but when I did over the Thanksgiving they told me they heard a clunking noise. The tech told me they also heard it too when driving in AWD. I was told to do that as little as possible and only when necessary. That hardly seems like a fix to me. Also, my brakes squeak and I am told that is normal, too. I have purchased 9 vehicles from Bergstrom over the years - this dealership is pretty much the worst one I have ever worked with.

Good Service Timely

Actually I brought my car in Nov 5 per appointment and left it. It was Nov 8 before I was able to get it back. I have always found this dealership to be of very high caliber and it is still that way. I was somewhat disappointed that this maintenance took a day longer than I thought it should have.
