A repair that should of took 4 hours took a day and a half. Also, According to my warranty book I received at purchase states the work should be covered under the Power train warranty which you said it was not. Last time I had my vehicle in for a transmission sensor, at first they were not going to cover it until I questioned it. So far after having the vehicle for @ 5years, I had on day one a power outside drive side mirror that does not work which never was fixed. A transmission sensor replaced, a recall part replaced and now a PCV oil seperator replaced that cost over a thousand dollars. I took the truck to two a garages prior to my appointment and they gave me a estimate of $250 and $280 but told me it should be covered under warranty. I guess we were all wrong.

We stopped in manitowoc because the sales rep in oshkosh was useless. The manitowoc team was fabulous.

I will tell you to earn 2 stars you must be doing something right. If I was to give a suggestion I would have to think long and hard you would not get this survey back. The item starts out is taking pictures of my car. It makes sense CYA Keep up the great work.

The first receptionist I checked-in with was very rude and while I was waiting at the desk, one of the mechanics came in and complained to both receptionists about why everyone seemed to be coming to them for emission issues (which I brought mine in for an exhaust leak). I understand that everyone complains about their work but to do it in front of a customer is very unprofessional. I would have given a 1 star but when I came in to pick up my vehicle, I was treated 100% better by Cassie. You need more staff members like Cassie.

They charged me hundreds above the estimate, I think they ripped me off, I didn’t need brakes at 48000 miles. And they said four brakes and only did two. They said free wash and Bridget said my truck was too big to go through the wash and the majority of vehicles you sell are trucks. I felt like I got bullied there.

When I first came in for the estimate, I was verbally told the cost would be ~$1,300, the part was not available and may not be available for at least 2 weeks. nor was a loaner vehicle. I called GM customer service and within hours the part was available (part #86790695) as was a loaner vehicle. After I dropped the vehicle off to be repaired I was told GM would not warranty the vehicle because of a salvage title. Body damage was the ONLY issue with the vehicle having a salvage title, I have the documentation and photos to prove body damage only. When I paid the final bill, the cost to replace the DEF fluid was 3 times what I could buy the fluid retail. You ely overcharged me to the point of theft. If I could give my experience a -10 on the survey I would. Rather I will never do business with GM ever again.
