As usual, Jenn Perez made scheduling our oil change/tire rotation appointment easy. She arranged for a nice loaner vehicle for a few hours, allowing me to run some errands and visit my dad in the nursing home while the service was being done. Mikaylah Penney was pleasant and readily handled things in the service business office.

Service appointment began at scheduled time. Service Manager, Amber, was pleasant and helpful during the check in process. Service was completed efficiently. The Cashier's were friendly and efficient. As a long time customer of the Bob McCosh service department ( and a first time customer of the Sales Department in 2023), I am extremely pleased with the way they take care of their customers!

The workers in the service department are excellent. I live in Jeff City but I would prefer to drive that distance to get good customer service.
