Car was brought in for warranty work. Estimated to take 1 week total. Car wound up being in the shop for a month. Received no communication about what was going on the entire time the car was in the shop. Multiple issues. Called to check in and told the car was ready for pick up. Came to pick up the vehicle and was told on arrival that it wasn’t ready and that “no one told us it was ready”. I was told to come back in the morning to pick it up. Husband called the dealership later that evening and again was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. When he explained the situation they stated they would look into it and call us back. Never did. Thankfully we were able to find out what body shop the vehicle was at and called ourselves. We were able to actually get an update of what was happening and an estimate on when it would be done. Never received a phone call back from bob mccosh about the vehicle after literally showing up at the dealership to pick it up after being told by your staff that it was ready to be picked up. Let alone an apology or anyone taking a single moment to call and find out what was going on. When I picked up the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy and had been dropped off clean. When I asked about washing I was hastily thrown a coupon for a wash. Customer service and communication was about as awful as it could possibly be from start to finish.
