Franky, I was disappointed in the service. I reported a problem with the emergency brake cables causing a noise. The advisor didn't ask for any details but seemed to acknowledge there was a known issue. So, I assumed they were going to be able to fix it. When I picked up my truck, the ticket indicated that the mechanic couldn't find the problem and didn't do anything. I didn't get a phone call about it. I felt 'dismissed'. So now, I'll have to bring it back again.
