Roger was nice and professional to deal with

This was the 4th vehicle that we have purchased from Bob McCosh. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Julian (Jay) Chase introduced himself on the showroom floor and was very knowledgeable and listened to every thing we said, and answered every question. He helped us through every step of the way. Excellent customer service, he found exactly what we wanted. Extremely pleased!!! (as always)

Great customer service

We made the deal over the phone because I live in Van Buren, Arkansas!!! After I got to the dealership in Columbia, Missouri they took a few more dollars off our deal after the looked at my trade in!!!! It was a rather pleasant experience!!!! They we all pleasant and accommodating to me and my wife!!!! 🇺🇸

Technician fixed a rattle in my car that was very annoying. I didn't think it could be found without taking my interior apart. So far, so good.

Professional and friendly

The service writer, Jenna was great. She listened, kept me informed and updated on the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop for 3 days. I had a previous experience there that was horrible and had kept me from coming back. I only came back this time because of the seriousness of the problem. Thankful I got Jenna and it went as it should.

Seemingly honest straightforward group of people. Very helpful walking us through the new technology and downloading apps on our phones.

Great experience with nice knowledgeable staff!

I had to drive back from Moberly so the technician could reset the sensors on my wheels after the wheels were put on a week earlier. A newer tech had swapped my wheels and a more experienced tech should have double checked the work.
