Dash display was not set back to normal display and we had to call the service department to have some assistance to reset it. Please remind service personnel to reset dash display to normal after service is completed. Thanks
Jay Chase was an Awesome help to us when picking out our SUV. His memory and attention to details was Outstanding! We were overwhelmed by all the autos to choose from and he kept us on the right track to selecting the perfect one for us. He is the Best! Alfonso Hayes was an Excellent teacher. He helped me get acquainted with all the "new to me technology" and was very patient with all my questions. So happy he was there to get me on the road with confidence!
We have been pleased with the service we've had with our vehicle. We have continued to have our vehicle checked with BobMCCosh Chevrolet consistently. We appreciate the way the staff checks provides a good summary of the check-up's, etc. As members of the "older" generation". we are pleased to have the opportunity to work with Bob McCosh. Needless to say, when we are ready to purchase a vehicle, we will visit BobMCCosh!
I had an appointment for 8am and upon arriving was told it wouldn’t be completed between 12- 1pm because I wasn’t waiting for it. When I called to check at 1215pm as I had a ride available at 1pm I was told my service advisor would text me “in a few minutes” to update me on an estimated completion time. I cancelled my ride as I couldn’t get stuck at the dealership. They called at 1255pm to tell me it was done. Finding a ride was difficult at that time. Very frustrating to schedule an appointment and drop it off early to still have to wait 5 hours.
I scheduled an appointment for 7 am for an oil change like I have done for the past 3 years. I was third in line and very last to leave the waiting room. I recognize I chose to wait but I have to work for a living same as you. I know you are busy for 1 hour and 30 minutes to wait with zero communication about the status is a pretty poor customer experience. After waiting so long and not getting an update I went to the counter and was told they were just waiting on the paperwork. If I didn't go up would I have been updated at all? I also got no paperwork on my car just a receipt. Trust is gone with Bob McCosh. I'm not sure if I will be back I am going to shop around.
