Confirmed Service Customer
We took the truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and safety sticker. After being the only ones in the waiting room, and all of the employees walking around on their phones, taking and visiting we decided that they had forgotten about. us and I walked over and asked where our vehicle was? We had been there almost two hours!! Come to find out the person who was supposed to pass the work order off to the other person who was supposed to do the inspection didn't do it!! Be it known that not only was it the employees who work the service desk but also some of the mechanics from the back who were playing around because they had nothing to do. It took about anther 15 minutes to get that done. So we figure that for an oil change, rotation (usually about 1 hour) and maybe 15 minutes for the inspection and the fact that there wasn't anyone else there the two hours we sat there and waited was a little much. We live out of town and had things to do once we got back home but needless to say by the time we did get home at 5:00 we didn't get to do any of the things we had to do. Is there any doubt that if it were you that you would be very upset too and probably not wanting to recommend the company to anyone else? Certainly no one we know will get a good report from us!! Just wish that we could get the lifetime oil changes we payed for could be done some where else.

I arrived before 730 to get in line was 5th in line ended up 9th and had to wait longer than I should have
