Performance
The new Trailblazer comes with either a 1.2-liter or a 1.3-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine. The smaller version gets up to 137 horsepower. The larger of the two achieves up to 155 horsepower. SUVs equipped with the front-wheel-drive also have an automatic continuously variable transmission. All-wheel-drive models have a nine-speed automatic transmission. Add a tow package to pull up to 1,000 pounds.
Design
The cabin is stylish and upscale in design with a combination of hard and soft-touch materials. All trim levels have 25.3 cubic feet of storage space. Fold the rear seats down to get up to 54.4 cubic feet of room.
Base L models have fabric upholstery, 16-inch wheels, and keyless entry. LS models enable Ballston Spa owners to fold the front passenger seat flat. The LT models have a power-adjustable driver's seat and heated front seats. Owners get keyless entry, push-button engine start, and remote start in addition to fog lights, roof rails, and tinted windows. Adventurous Activ models add skid plates, off-road shock absorbers, and leatherette upholstery. The RS trim level has black exterior accents and 18-inch alloy wheels. The interior gets two-tone leatherette upholstery.
Technology & Safety
Our available L models have seven-inch touchscreens on the infotainment system that integrates with smartphones. The system includes a four-speaker stereo.
