Chevy Dealer for Albany and upstate New York drivers

I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox Premier AWD new form Mangino Chevrolet new aprox. 2 years ago. the service has been excellent. What I'm not understanding is not passing my inspection because my tire or tire's were 1/16" to low on tread to pass. my vehicle came with Michelin Premier LXT tires on it which are rated at 60,000 miles. My vehicle doesn't even have 18,000 miles on it.?????

The sales man that took care of me was outstanding.his name is Tony commisa.also the sales manager was excelent.the service department has some issues.the truck that I purchased is a 2015 Silverado 2500HD. The windshield was scratched and needed replacing.when I dropped it off (as scheduled a week prior) they had no idea of why I was there or if they had the new windshield.when I came and picked up the truck it was parked soo close to another vehicle that I had to go and get Michael Coffey the servics advisor to come and move my truck so I could get in it without denting or chipping the paint on my truck.also the tape that they used to hold in the new windshield was left on the top of the windshield taped to it and the roof of the truck.those impressions left on a customer are not good.theres a communication problem with the sales department and the service department. Also the service department needs to follow up on the completed work and double check it before the customer gets it to make sure its completed properly.last impressions stick in their minds.as this one stuck in mine.it made me wonder about trusting the quality of the workmanship and wonder if I wanted to have my vehicle worked on there.I am a retired professional mechanic.Ive been one for 45 years. Thank you for your time.Ive been a GM man all my life.

Jodi had all my information available by the time I got out of my car. Very pleasant demeanor and very informative. The whole process didn't take very long and Jodi explained everything at the conclusion of my service.
