We purchased this car as well as the platinum service contract April 2. When we arrived at the dealership to have a blown tire repaired, the service technician immediately informed me it was going to be over $200 for the tire. He didn't refer to the coverage plan at first...I had to remind him and he had to check. Fortunately he found the correct information and all was taken care of- no cost to me. Shouldnt that come up on the computer once my name is entered? That's not a good work practice
