Service department kept me well informed of the problem with the vehicle and the repairs needed. Due to the need parts being back ordered the repair took longer than antisapated but not the dealers fault. Once part arrived the service department quickly performed the repair.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had scheduled in advance. After some maneuvering at the service entrance, I was pleasantly greeted by a service representative who went took down all my information. I went inside the clean waiting area sat comfortably for the completion of my service. Not too long afterwards, another friendly service agent told me my service was complete. We finished the necessary paperwork and he handed me the keys and told me where my car was parked. Everyone I encountered was very professional.
