A continuously variable transmission pairs with both engines, or with the all-wheel-drive version, you get a smooth-shifting nine-speed automatic transmission.

      All trims of the Trailblazer handle well on the road, whether buzzing around town, zipping down the freeway, or driving down gravel roads. The soft suspension absorbs bumps and road shocks. Rear-wheel drive comes standard. The all-wheel-drive system only pairs with the 1.2- liter engine and continuously variable transmission. The four-speaker sound system lets you listen to your playlists with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration.
