Devon did a good job keeping up with my issue. Two things that became sticky for me: 1. Because there was a shop delay, my warranty didn’t cover my car rental, so I’m out a good bit more money than I anticipated. Devon noted you should’ve opened the work when the truck was received, which works moving forward but an expensive lesson to learn this time 2. I also asked for an inspection while it was there but it wasn’t performed so I’m scrambling a bit to get it done elsewhere since it’s well overdue. Both issues are understandable — I just wish they were avoided
