All-Electric Motivation
What makes the 2022 Chevy Bolt EV such an electrifying driver is its advanced powertrain, designed to take you from your workweek to your weekend getaway while making gas stops a thing of the past. The Bolt EV’s electric motor generates an ample 200 horsepower, enough to handle just about any acceleration pass and onramp merge with ease. But that’s not all the compact EV is capable of.
Combined with the EV’s 65-kilowatt-hour battery, the Bolt EV offers an estimated range of over 259 miles on a full charge. Regen on Demand technology lets you get more from your Bolt EV’s range by capturing and converting braking energy. Not only does this feature help increase the Bolt EV’s range by up to 5 percent, but it also helps you save wear and tear on your brakes, helping them last longer over the life of the vehicle.
The 2022 Chevy Bolt EV gives you several ways to charge up, starting with standard 120-volt Level 1 charging and 240-volt Level 2 charging. Available DC Fast Charging gives you up to 100 miles of driving range in just 30 minutes of accelerated charging.
