Came in for a service appointment on a Saturday. Dealership was extremely busy but the vehicle was immediately taken into the service department. They diagnosed the problem, replaced a part that they had in stock and I was on my way.
Car was finished in a timely manner and I especially love picking up a freshly washed car! All of your service employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate their professionalism.

They never gave me my report about my multi-point inspection so now I have no idea how much life is left on my tire tread, brake pads, and other important information. This also happened the previous time we had a vehicle at Mukwonago Lynch. Every time we are there there is something they screw up on. I am considering never going there again.
