Well we went to pick up new 2024 Acadia on Sunday it was the salesman that forced us to pick up. While waiting on paperwork he shows us how to use the gmc app. I log on and there my vehicle. Warning up for low tire pressure in all 4 tires oil life at 31%. Nice way to deliver a vehicle. Prior to this we noticed the rear headrest are not working properly and was told they will be replaced when they come in , nothing in paperwork stated this and I had to call to get it in writing. Haven’t had the car for 48 hrs steering wheel cover coming off , some setting was set to save battery while vehicle is sitting and it locked out use of liftgate spent a hr on phone with on star due to your service department not knowing about this setting I got it turned off and liftgate to work. Needless to say I think I made a mistake in this purchase.

Scott Usher did an amazing job! I had a long road trip planned and the stupid check engine light came on. Even though there was a huge back log of clients, Scott made it work with my crazy schedule and had my truck back to me by the time I got back in town. I'm very grateful for Scott, he always goes out his way to make you feel like a real VIP.
