When I go in for flickering screen on the gps screen for the 5th time and they gave me new problems also. My phone app for Chevrolet doesn���t connect to my car anymore. My GPS doesn���t recognize me anymore although my phone location is turned on my gas mileage bumps up and down tells me different numbers so I never know anymore what my gas mileage is.

The guy I worked with was nice but did not take the information correctly. Therefore we were charged $150 diagnostic fee plus taxes and fees and never got the problem looked at. There���s a known problem with the Chevy Volt with the battery Energy control module. I specifically asked for this to be Checked as this was the reason I came in. They only checked for a few of the symptoms and never checked the module. I paid the fee, but I probably won���t come back.

I brought my truck in because of a noise that can be felt on the front driver's side and the technician can't find the issue and he's replacing other parts that obviously are not the issue, costing me too much money. This is the third or fourth time my truck has been there and the issue hasn't been resolved yet. It seems like it should be easy to find the problem just from hearing and feeling it. The technician just replaced my wheel hub and that didn't resolve my issue so I feel that he should put my wheel hub back on and refund me the $700 plus that I paid so I can put that money towards whatever the issue is found to be. I will not be happy with the service here unless my issue is resolved and I'm not bankrupt getting it fixed. I think it's fair to put the $700 plus that I recently paid towards the actual problem or refund me so I can go somewhere else.
