Michele took car of getting my truck repaired and communicated all the info very well. Price, time frame etc. She took the initiative to get it looked at when I dropped by without an appointment. It was an intermittent problem that I had brought it in to get fixed on previous occasions. I happened to be driving by and the problem occurred so I just pulled in to see if you all could determine the issue while it could be observed. She went the extra mile to assist me.

When I realized I had no AC in 90* weather I went to the service desk . Michelle was very helpful, and scheduled me for 3 days out (it was the weekend). On Monday, she settled me in the waiting room. As they had words with the extended warrenty people, she kept me updated. When they began to work on the car, she explained how long it would take. It went quicker than I expected. After paying, she walked me out and showed me where my car was. I had AC, and was very happy!

Service representative was extremely polite and helpful. Requested service work was done professionally and no one tried to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need nor want. Work was done in a timely manner and the waiting area and free customer WiFi made it easy for me to work while I waited.

I specifically picked you because you offered a scheduled time. I could have went down the road and saved $20 to sit there for the same amount of time, or shorter. I was there for 2 hours to get a 4 wheel alignment. I have tried to keep my business in Union County but then I get service like this.

We came in for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon card. Within minutes the service person from the desk told us the truck needed a front end alignment the toe and the camber were off. I asked how much, both my wife and myself heard him say $24.95. I said ok do it. When we went to pay the alignment was $124.95 and an air filter which we did not request was added in at $60.00 . When I questioned the filter it was removed from the bill. The price of the alignment was kept at $124.95 being $ 100.00 more than we both were told. The office worker found us another $10.00 discount that was nice and the work which took 2 hours was performed well as always. Not happy with the mis quote should have been in writting.

My oil was changed in record time. When I first brought my vehicle and came to the dealership all my fluids were topped off. I’ve noticed this the last couple times I’ve gotten my oil changed none of my fluids were topped off.
