We had ordered 2 Yukons in over 2 years from other dealerships that had been cancelled due to no allocations. Harnish was my third try. It took 10 months to receive the Yukon I ordered, but was worth the wait! It's flawlessly assembled. Design and tech implementation needs improvement as compared to the Mercedes GLS450. (lacks adjustable ambient lighting). ((SuperCruise is a sore disappointment as compared to a 2021 loaded Hyundai Palisade, which doesn't rely on Google or 'connected' gimmicks to function)). ((The on board entertainment system only has 2 apps and limited screen dimmability)). Each person we dealt with was professional and excellent, approachable and direct. Negotiations included typical dealership add-ons that were all reasonable to discuss. The additional very large "destination fee" is offensive (or explained/justified poorly, at best), yet for whatever reason unavoidable and not negotiable. I preferred to pretend I wasn't being charged many thousands of dollars "just because" so, I ignored that part of the transaction. Sean, the sales person, kept me informed through the order waiting process and even called when the dealership had an alternative vehicle to offer me instead of continuing to wait. Sean did a great job over 10 months from ordering to closing the sale! Chase, in finance, truly went the extra mile and took the time to get us the very best possible interest rate. That is excellence in action! Steve finalized the deal with us, was genuine and personable and super easy to negotiate with. I look forward to ongoing relations with the Harnish team!
