Erin checked me in. She was excellent (5star). The issue was that my service was going to take 5 hours and I didn’t know. I think your service center could improve its service to customers if they actively told customers an estimated time of service when I set the appointment up. I called in to set up the apt. The scheduler could have said something. On self check in you could show a pop up box before the user clicks accept.
