Although I had an appointment for January Ninth to view the problem of cooling system leakage, when I showed up at the dealership on December 30th, the Acadia was inspected and I was given a loaner as the service writer, Matthew, determined that it would be best not to drive the Acadia in its current condition.

My 2024 Sierra needed it's first service. I was short on time and will be travelling for the next 6 weeks. So I asked If they could squeeze me in, bring it in and we will see what we can do. I got a call at 3pm that day, the truck was all done. Why would you take your GMC to a quick lube where you are just a number. This is my 3rd GMC truck and I never go anywhere else. All my services and repairs are done by Franks.
