When I picked up my truck there was a dash bolt that was left in the center console from a recall that was performed on the brake controller. Also most of the lower and upper dash panels were not fully clipped in and needed a final push to seat them.. there is still a few spots on the dash that are not correct. The fact that this simple standard recall procedure could not be completed correctly has lost my trust in the quality of work performed.

One item was not taken care of, and the truck didn't receive the complimentary wash even though I confirmed that I was interested. It was quite perplexing that no one at the service department seemed to know whether the bed cover, sold and installed by GMC, had the option to be locked at any position on the bed or only at the bed end. I left the dealership without an answer
