Waited over 1 hour 30 minutes for a SCHEDULED/APPOINTMENT oil change. First appointment of the day on a Saturday @ 8:30 am, arrived at 8:15 am, did not leave the lot until almost 9 am. Two weeks later got a "Windshield Wiper Fluid Low" warning, so I am wondering what other fluids did not get topped off? This is a brand new Chevy Tahoe Z71 that I bought in December 2023 from you and this was my first "free" oil change. I am not sure I can trust your team for another oil changes. Very disappointed.
