Overall, a very good experience. However I don't understand how I was sold a car that needed a new battery. I assumed that the recalled cars, which mine is, had new batteries, or at least were checked for battery defects, and after two days mine indicated a need for service and was found to need a new battery. I don't hold Everett Chevrolet totally responsible for this, and realize I may never be able to know how this happened, and that I went in alone without all information. Nevertheless, this was not good. Thanks for asking.
