Confirmed Service Customer
Went in gor an oil change and replace wiper blades. Three days laterbit rains. One blade missing most of the windshield. For the oul change, they came to me and said tI had a leak and they don't know WHERE it is coming from. The car has 27000 miles on it. I park in the same location daily with no oil spots on the ground at home or work. They want me to bring back in 1000 miles. I will want to See this oil on the bottom of the pan BEFORE they touch it. Then saw 3 % oil life after oil change. So they did not re callibrate after the oil change, or DID THEY EVEN CHANGE THE OIL AT ALL. I also did Not get a print out of what had been done. Had to go back and ask for that. The mysteriously a week later, my Low beams, both went out. Before I could get back to service dept, passenger side came on again. Took the car to have both low beams replaces at over $100.00. Drove car home to hear strange noise at front if car. Looked under the car. A dplas bar of somekind is hanging from under the engine, I had to break it off. The would HAVE TO BEEN SEEN, IF THEY CHANGED THE OIL. I am finding them suspicious of mis conduct as a Service Dept.
