I brought my car in for an oil change and left needing a new engine. I had zero engine problems before I brought the car in they are refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. I've never been treated worse by a dealership.

I have always had good service from Everett Chevrolet in the past. I'm not sure if this was just an off day. I showed up for my appointment at 10am. I guess I had the wrong time because I was informed that my appointment was supposed to be at 9am. I asked if that was a problem and was told that I would have to wait an hour. The advisor asked for my keys and walked off. I didn't get a chance to ask about replacing my wiper blades. I waited for an hour and a half which was fine. the advisor quickly went over the diagnostic, he told me all looked good, but my tire treads were getting low, and I might want to replace them soon and said goodbye. I thought this was odd since the tires were only three months old. I drove away and checked my oil life, and it said 22%. Normally when I have an oil change this gets reset. All and all I felt uneasy about my experience and felt I needed to say something. Hopefully it will be a normal good experience the next time. Thanks, Keith

We worked with Eddie, who was a great person and a salesman. He patiently walked us through the various options that we had, showed us multiple cars, and explained the features really well. It did not feel like he was just selling a car, rather he seemed invested in making sure that we have a great experience buying the car and owning it. I would again work with Eddie in the future.
