Autumn was wonderful to work with. She put my husband and I at ease and addressed what type of cars were were looking for and what we were able to finance and pay. She was very personable and made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. We ended up by two vehicles over the course of two days and selling back one of our other cars to the dealership. We would recommend Copeland to our friends and refer to Autumn.

My recall visit only took 10 minutes and the service reps at Copeland were great to work with. As the recall was for revised towing instructions in the manual. I had to drive over 80 miles round trip to pickup two sheets of paper showing the revised towing instructions for my 2024 Equinox. Those two sheets of paper could have easily been sent to me via U.S. mail. With my Equinox being a four cylinder I do not plan on towing anything.
