At first it was great, a ton of waiting and put through the wringer but that’s typical-but had a TERRIBLE experience when I went to pick up the car. The salesperson (Autumn) I worked with had taken a leave due to her father passing and no one had taken her duties on. After putting a deposit down, signing and dotting the t’s and I’s, I returned a week later to pick up my car. I texted the salesperson saying I would be there at 4 on Friday and when I confirmed I would be there within the hour (I live an hour away) she informed me of her fathers passing and to ask for Laura, and also congratulating me and she should be back next week if I had any questions. I was thrilled to have another female helping me so I replied thanks and sorry about her loss. Upon arrival, Laura had me wait in the lobby at a table (which I thought was odd). After about fifteen minutes of waiting Laura comes over with two pieces of paper telling me that they thought my leased Jeep (that I wasn’t even turning in at this dealer) was a 2019 and not a 2018 and that a rebate wouldn’t qualify me to have the low payment( I already signed for!), and that they never heard from my insurance (my salesperson was supposed to handle that) and that they in fact haven’t even heard from Autum since Monday (5 days prior). My monthly payment went from 374 to 442! I was in shock. I stated that I just texted with Autumn and she knew that I was coming and I was in contact with her all week and she never said a word about any of this and showed Laura the text messages. She apologized and said “I don’t know what to say”. I swiftly asked for my deposit back and a receipt. Left driving home to Cape Cod feeling deflated and bamboozled. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and would deter anyone who asks. Poor communication and they put you through the ringer.
