While on vacation the turn signal on our 2024 GMC Denali malfunctioned. The GMC dealer in Brunswick could not schedule us but Dan Varden scheduled us the same day. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. Brittany was excellent in scheduling our service visits and kept us informed throughout. Taj notified me when the part arrived. On our way back through Brunswick on Saturday afternoon the part was replaced in about 15 minutes and Roy personally made sure we were back on our way with no hassle. We really appreciate Dan Varden going above and beyond to help us while on vacation. Thank you.

I have never had any major problems with my vehicle until about a month ago. I needed a transmission. I have carshield so thankful that they paid for it. I want to thank Caitlyn in the service department that worked with me during the repair process. She kept me informed. During this time she went on vacation and she let me know before she left. She got back and went right to work on my repair process. So sorry the no called me back from Vaden while she was gone. She is hard working and continues to work for the customer until the end. Thanks Caitlyn.

After searching for a new Silverado online for a couple of weeks. I finally settled in a 2025 Silverado LT with a 2.7 turbo max. Thought I would like it , but once I drove it I could tell it wasn't for me. I wanted my Silverado with a 5.3. They told me that would increase the price out of range. Long story short. I ended up with Silverado LT with the Z71 package. Well pleased with the deal and my salesman Marty.

I am normally in every other month for an oil change, due to the miles I drive to and from work. Angela has been my service adviser, but this last time she was busy and Anthony helped me out. Both of these advisors are great and on top of things letting me know how thing are progressing, recommendation that are needed to keep my Blazer running great! I will be back!

Missed my early appointment so called to straighten it put. Got voice mail. Set up second appointment immediately and got there on time. They had vehicle finished quickly. However receipt had only an oil change. I have no idea if other fluids were checked or not. If tires were checked or not as it does not indicate anything on the paperwork.
