"Even from the initial calls to Crane to schedule my appointment, I was impressed. In speaking with Janine, she was courteous and friendly. The dealership handled my communications with them with friendliness and professionalism. My pleasant experience with the initial communications was what made my decision to go to Crane and not look elsewhere for a dealership. I made an appointment with Nathalie. She was informative, and knew her stuff. She was also sincere and sensitive to my needs, and to what I could afford. She worked with me to keep my payments within my budget and she gave me the car that I was looking for. She introduced me to the manager who thanked me personally for choosing a car from them. Before we left, she showed me the basics on the dashboard and how to use the latest features. She told me she would call me within the next few days to see how I'm doing with my new car. We all know what a time consuming and tiresome process it is in choosing a new car and working on the numbers. Nathalie cared about my valuable time involved. She also offered us water, coffee, or food. She was amazing. Thank you to Nathalie, and all the people at Crane who made it a very calm and delightful experience. "This dealership is amazing. I've never experienced such amazing customer service. I would expect this level of service if I was spending 100k+ on a car, but my new Chevy was just 20k. Free interstate customer pickup and car delivery? Who does that? Crane Chevy did. They also scoured the northeast USA to find the car we wanted once we decided to upgrade from what they had on the lot. And they got it all done on the same day at an excellent price.
So, please don't consider buying from any other Chevy dealer in the New York area. In fact, before we found Crane Chevrolet and our amazing sales people Nathalie and Nick, my wife and I were lured to another Chevy dealer in Queens with a classic bait-and-switch where the dealership promised that they had the vehicle that was advertised and that we were interested in. Of course when we arrived, after an hour ride on the subway, they had nothing like it and they denied having talked to us. The message here is that, if you want a Chevrolet vehicle (try the new Sonic LTZ!), save yourself some time and frustration and just go straight to Crane Chevrolet in Clifton NJ. All of the staff did a great job and we would be repeat customers if we needed additional Chevy Sonics!"

"We had a great experience at Crane Chevrolet, Nick (our sales rep) was wonderful. We started looking at the Traverse last summer. We visited several dealerships that day. As we entered other dealerships (Jeep and BMW), we were not approached by any sales staff (even after walking around and opening and closing car doors). We were really looking around to determine what kind of vehicle we really wanted. When we pulled into Crane Chevrolet, we were immediately approached by Nick, who showed us several vehicles. We test drove a few and decided we really liked the Traverse. We weren't prepared to purchase that day, but Nick kept in touch with us anyway. When the time came to buy, we immediately contacted Nick so that he could show us what was in stock. He was incredibly helpful during the whole process. "There are so many positive things that I want to share about my experience with this team at Crane Chevrolet but probably not enough room. What an exceptional team which resulted in one of the best experiences I have EVER came to in purchasing a new car in years. We had visited many of the dealers on the strip and it just so happened to be the last one on Route 46. It was set in our mind that we were only going to be shopping around and comparing prices that day. When we pulled up to the Crane lot, there stood a beautiful black 2012 Camaro. We never came out of our car, as we were just window shopping. That was when we first met Nathalie, the sales consultant at Crane. She tapped on our window and began sharing her experience with her purchase of the same car. Immediately we felt very comfortable in investing more time in learning more about the possible purchase so we stepped out of our car as she invited us to come into her office. I head up a sales division at a very reputable company and the one thing I always share with my team is no matter what solution or product you sell, 80% of the time, people will buy based on the sales process and the sales representative. Nathalie was not the typical sales rep that you would meet in a car dealership. She was truly a "consultant". Following a divorce, my credit rating was not the best by all means so I had many reservations as I knew I "could" afford the car but would she be able to get me approved. I never felt pressured. She made it a very comfortable experience and was very reassuring that she could get the job done. It's all about relationships and when you are dealing with a very professional rep with years of experience, it's comforting to know that she has built strong relationships with banks that the job can get done. While waiting, she introduced us to the GM, Tom Healy. Tom was just as friendly and personable as Nathalie was. He too took the time to chat with us and made the experience comforting. Within a couple of hours which felt like only a few minutes, she gave the good news that she got us approved. The next day, we came in to finalize the paperwork with Joe Mastbeth in finance. Meeting him was like visiting an old friend. He was so down to earth as we talked about our kids and family in general. At the same time, he gave us many pointers on how I can strengthen my credit score and how we can even save and lower our interest rate. Most finance people that I've dealt with in dealerships make you feel uncomfortable if your credit is not up to par. Joe's approach and statement was, people go through hiccups in life, so everyone's experience is different but he and the team will find a way to get it done. That is EXACTLY what they did. When I decide to purchase another car I definitely will buy from the team at Crane. For anyone reading this I HIGHLY recommend you to visit this dealership and team.
