Heather was my service contact. Told her my problem. She immediately worked out an appt for me. Took vehicle into shop, they took care of finding the problem in quick order. Then, proceeded to order part needed. When it arrived, made the repair for me. All was handled in a very professional, friendly, timely manner. Truly appreciated. Dealership service was fine; however, I do not understand why GMC has had so many transmission issues over the last few years. Brand new truck with a transmission recall is not a good look.

It was just an oil change. The dealership went beyond and noticed that I had a high bean light out and brought this to my attention. My wait time for the oil change was a little longer than expected.
