I had a 7:45am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there 10 mins early. There was already 5 deep in line for appts and they had tripled up their scheduling again with not enough techs. I got out of there at 9:20am and headed to work. Ridiculous amount of time - you should have a separate tech doing basic services - if a Jiffy Lube can do it in 20 mins - Chevy should as well. Wigder Chevrolet NEVER was like this - and btw - i got 18 notifications in 6 days about my 7:45am appt thru texts and emails. Totally unnecessary - technology doesn't make up for good old fashioned hard work!!! :(
Brought car in for a recall and waited. I was updated along the way giving me an estimate of time left to complete the job, which I appreciated. In and out within a reasonable amount of time. Everyone very friendly!
As expected. The only item worth mentioning is the new checkin system. As a technology professional and familiar with the system, it was implemented poorly. The auto checkin option apparently was not setup or purchased. To have the service writers have to get up and physically go to each vehicle is ridiculous. Tell the schumachers if they want ot malke things more effocient and convenient, they should actually think about the customer experience and the service required to expedite cvheck in.
People often ask me why do I have my oil change done at the dealer as they think that it’s more expensive than the minute lubes. I always tell them that trust is priceless. I appreciate how Larry Friedman tries to accommodate my busy schedule. I also love how Gary Darling explains kindly the things that have to be done, and that is also priceless
I was in for service for an engine light display. Other maintenance was also needed. The maintenance was taken care of, and the engine light supposedly was, too. Something else was wrong, causing the engine display, but that so.ething was missed. I had to leave my car in sevice, but over the next few days, the problem was identified and fixed. I have driven about 250 miles after the fix, and so far, so good. My good gas mileage is also back. Thanks.
I was upset that I had to pay for a new tire on the vehicle I am leasing from your dealership. I asked the service department if they could check the tire treads for any holes or punctures but the did not check. Just said my tires are past warranty(4 months past) and I had to pay for a new tire.
