Thorson GMC is a well oiled machine and you can't find a more knowledgeable dealership to work with. We came in to lease a Terrain, spoke with Ted over the phone to let him know what our price point was in terms of monthly payments. Within 30 minutes he had 2 vehicles for us to choose from for LESS than the monthly we requested. He arranged for us to meet with Jonathan, and off we went to Pasadena. Jonathan was waiting, with the deals prepared for our review when we surprised him with the information that we would also be purchasing a vehicle in addition to the lease. All deals come down to the numbers and we can't be happier with all the work Jonathan put in to meet ours. We left Thorson on May 4th with a lease and a purchase. Both deals offered were amazing but it was the customer care that Jonathan provided from start to finish that was amazing. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I can tell you there is no better GMC dealership to offer incentives on their deal and employees who go above and beyond. Thank you for a great customer experience.

The initial experience was great. Daniel Wong was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went in to purchase the car, the experience took longer than I had expected, particularly after having made an appointment and made clear that I had limited time to complete the purchase. HOWEVER, only 9 days after purchase, the "check engine" light is on and the lumbar support control is not working properly. So, I am unhappy with having to take a new $100K car back to get checked out for service less than 2 weeks from driving it off the lot. After speaking with Daniel this afternoon (again, he is very helpful), he gave me phone numbers for 3 service techs and no one picked up or returned my call. Not happy at this point.
