When booking an appointment, I chose a time and an advisor. When I show up, the person always asks all the questions I’ve already filled out on the appointment. Additionally, I didn’t get the service advisor I prefer. The person this time seemed in a rush the entire time and couldn’t pay attention.

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I went in for a quick check and top-off, a courtesy from CDBuick. While there, I had them look at a few extra things; my Envista was showing low air pressure, and sure enough, there was a nail/screw in the tire that couldn't be patched. I had to replace the tire. Despite the delay in getting the new tire, everything went well. I really appreciated the concern and care they took to make sure I was safe. Thank you. Cable Dalmar Buick

Tim did excellent. I have had inconsistent service in the past. One latest visit, the tires were to have been rotated but were not. I reported it but was not able to wait for it to be resolved and rotated them at home, myself. I was skeptical about whether the brake control module (recall) was actually replaced; so went home, dropped the spare tire and was happy to see a shiny new controller was installed. My shaken confidence it being restored. Thank you Tim.
