At Steve Austin's Auto Group, we have a tremendous sales and service staff.  One of those team members is senior service technician Roger Rollins.  Roger has over 27 years of experience in the auto industry and a majority of those have been spent at our dealership.  In 2005, Roger achieved the honor of "World Class Technician" given by GM.

To earn GM world class technician status, technicians must complete and pass 8 out of 9 categories as well as an assessment test.  To maintain world class status, you must complete all of the training that GM puts out and updates every year.  GM adds a considerable amount of testing to keep up with the growing technology in today's vehicles and improvements to engines and transmissions in new vehicle models.  

With all those years of experience, the one piece of advice he would give is to "focus on continued maintenance to stop small problems from becoming large, expensive ones."  Learn more about Roger in the video below.
