Trim Levels of the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox

The Chevrolet Equinox is one good looking SUV! Boasting two-rows of comfortable seating for up to five passengers and an expansive cargo area, this sleek ride is perfect for a wide variety of drivers. Once you know that the Equinox is the one for you, its time to pick out a trim level. In the 2019 model year, there are four trim levels to choose from. They include the L, LS, LT, and Premier. We are breaking down exactly what each of these trim levels has to offer to help you find the one that best meets your wants and needs, keep reading!

L: The base Equinox model is known as the L. This trim comes outfitted with a slew of standard features including a Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth connectivity, height-adjustable front seats, automatic headlights, 17” alloy wheels, a six-speaker sound system, and engine start/stop technology. Further standard features include automatic headlights, a rearview camera, a 7” touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, keyless entry and ignition, two charge-only USB ports in the rear, and two USB ports up front, LED daytime running lights, and Chevrolet’s Teen Drive watchdog modes.

LS: Opt for the available LS trim level and you will receive all the features from the L model as well as a tire jack, spare tire, rear floor mats, and more. There are also more exterior color options to choose from and available all-wheel-drive. The available LS Convenience package adds rear privacy glass and a power driver’s seat.

LT: Step up to the LT trim level for even more. This model builds upon the previous two trim levels with features like auxiliary rear-seat release levers, an upgraded information display, satellite radio, xenon headlights, and the LS Convenience package contents. If you opt to have one of the available engines power the LT model you will gain features like 18” wheels, roof rails, and a sunroof.

There are three notable packages available for the LT model. The Lights and Brights package adds LED lighting in both the front and rear, chrome exterior trim, and 19” wheels. The available Infotainment package equips the LT with an 8” touchscreen, two additional USB ports in the center armrest, a 120-volt household-style power outlet, and navigation. The final package, the Sun and Navigation, adds all the contents of the Infotainment package as well as a sunroof.

Premier: The top-of-the-line Premier model comes with every feature you could ever imagine! In addition to the contents from all the packages we listed for the LT model, the Premier comes with fog lights, 18” wheels, wireless device charging, a hands-free liftgate, LED headlights and taillights, driver-seat memory settings, perforated leather upholstery, ambient interior lighting, roof rails, and auto-dimming mirrors.

Packages available for the Premier trim level include the Confidence and Convenience II package which adds a 360-degree parking camera system, automatic high beam control, ventilated front seats, and so much more! A Sun, Sound and Navigation package is also available!
