The towing capacity with this engine is 3,500 pounds. Both engines work with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. The 1.5-liter engine comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission, and the 2.0-liter gets a nine-speed automatic transmission.
What trims come with the Equinox?

Another model we highly recommend is the LS model. The biggest change here is the available LS Convenience package. This package includes rear privacy glass, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat. The highest trim available is Premier. This model adds driver-seat memory functions, LED headlights and taillights, wireless device charging, and a hands-free liftgate.
