The SUV also comes available with two forms of all-wheel drive (AWD). The RS and Premier trim level feature an Advanced AWD System that gives drivers more control by independently sending torque to the rear wheel with the best traction. This is done by sending the torque through a twin-clutch rear-axle design. The Blazer comes standard with a Driver Mode Control dial. This gives Charlotte, MI drivers the choice of five modes:
