Getting my car serviced for oil change at Schumacher is Excellent. I have a severe water leak in my car that I discovered 5/6/20, trunk spare tire well filled with water and rugs wet up to the back seat floor. I only have 31,000 miles and car is in excellent condition, only serviced at your Schumacher location. I have spoke with dealership and GMC corporate. Have been told it is NOT covered. When did it become acceptable for a car to take on water. I will now get it repaired on my own. If I am going to have to pay someone, why would I pay Chevy to repair if they aren't trained to build properly. I also have extended coverage that I spoke with and "Water Intrusion" is not covered. On line other owners experienced the same issue. I have only purchased Chevys or GMC autos. I plan this to be my last.
I was thrilled that in this difficult time they picked up my vehicle, serviced it and returned it. This is why I continue to be a patron of Schumacher. They care about their customer! And a friend of mine I referred a while ago bought their vehicle from you! Keep up the good work!
Had to call to check on the car instead of hearing from the service department that it was ready. Also car was left outside so it was dirty from the weather. When it was dropped off there wasn't a spot on it. Took it home and washed it.
I usually go to denvile Chevrolet but this time I was in little falls I ask the person how much for oil change she told me it's $76.00 Krystie her name and then when it's complete she charge me $92.15 I ask her why it's high she told me that she call denvile Chevrolet and ask the manager they told her that they charge me this amount which is not true I have resets I always go to denvile Chevrolet and Mr Gary Capone in service department You can ask him Other thing is I had 2 x $20 bill in the car One of $20 bill disappeared Any way I won't go to this Chevrolet plaice again this was my experience
